You don't even need to create a spreadsheet. The first time this runs, the AI will automatically create a brand new "AI Invoice Ledger" in your Google Workspace, format the columns, and save it. It then pings your Slack with the details and a clickable "Approve" or "Reject" button. You stay in control; the AI does the heavy lifting.

🛠️ WHAT YOU NEED TO PREPARE (Takes 2 Minutes)
To install this app in 1-click, the Setup Wizard will ask you for two things. Have these ready:

1. A Google Drive Folder ID
Create an empty folder in your Google Drive called "Inbound Invoices". Open the folder in your browser and look at the URL. Copy the long string of letters and numbers at the very end. (Example: 1A2B3C4D5E6F7G8H9I0J).

2. A Slack Channel ID
Decide which Slack channel should receive the approval requests (e.g., #finance or #approvals). Right-click the channel name in Slack -> View Channel Details -> Scroll to the bottom to find the Channel ID. (Example: C0123456789).

🚀 HOW IT WORKS ONCE INSTALLED
1. Drop a File: Drag and drop any PDF invoice into your designated Google Drive folder.
2. AI Magic: Within seconds, the AI reads the document and extracts the billing data.
3. The Ping: You receive a Slack message with the invoice details, a link to the actual PDF, and a link to your AI Ledger.
4. 1-Click Approval: Click "Approve" or "Reject" right inside Slack. The AI wakes back up and instantly updates your Google Sheet with your decision.
